Psychotherapy, Jungian Analysis and Couple Therapy in St Albans & District, Hertfordshire
The group members are: Linda Brown, Warren Colman, Ida Fairbairn, Jackie Gerrard, Lauren Kaye, Elizabeth Richardson and Michael Whan.
We are a network of experienced psychotherapists and Jungian analysts in Hertfordshire working mainly with individuals in private practice. We are all registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council or the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy .
We work within the codes of ethics of our member organisations and comply with the current data protection regulations.
We are located in Aldenham, Elstree, St Albans and Welwyn Garden City, with easy access from other areas of Hertfordshire, London and the Home Counties.
Our group came together in 1994 to pool and co-ordinate expertise. All members share a psychodynamic perspective. We offer a range of approaches, namely psychoanalytic psychotherapy and Jungian analysis as well as couple therapy.
Members work with individuals and couples, covering a wide range of issues, including:
- relationship difficulties
- problems that are manifested through depression or anxiety
- low self esteem and lack of confidence
- specific problems such as bereavement, sexual difficulties or eating issues
- consequences of trauma
- longstanding emotional difficulties
- stress related problems
We also offer supervision and consultations to psychodynamic counsellors and psychotherapists and are conveniently situated over Hertfordshire.
