The best way to contact us is to telephone the counsellor or psychotherapist you would like to see to arrange an appointment. You may get an answering machine but do please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If the therapist you have called is unable to see you, he or she will be able to tell you who in the group does have vacancies or will endeavour to direct you to other sources of help.
